A private company must file its Annual Return within 42 days of the anniversary of incorporation; the on-time registration fee is $105. Filed late, the fee rises with the delay: $870 for 42 days to 3 months, $1,740 for 3 to 6 months, $2,610 for 6 to 9 months and $3,480 beyond 9 months (source: Companies Registry).
