The legal representative and a shareholder may be the same person; the legal representative may not be the supervisor; a shareholder may be the supervisor.

Our service
We hold a Trust or Company Service Provider licence (TC008771) and register domestic Chinese companies in Shenzhen: checking the company name, assembling the documents of the legal representative, shareholders and supervisor, and obtaining the business licence. We can also provide the registered address. Our fee is as quoted by us.
Legal representative, shareholders and supervisor
The legal representative and a shareholder may be the same person. The legal representative may not be the supervisor; a shareholder may be the supervisor. All three must provide a photograph of the front of their identity card.
USB banking key
The legal representative, shareholders and supervisor must attend a designated bank to obtain the USB banking key. Any one of the following banks may be used:
- Bank of China
- Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
- China Construction Bank
- Ping An Bank
- China CITIC Bank
- Agricultural Bank of China
- Postal Savings Bank of China
- Rural Commercial Bank
The key must have a USB interface, must be activated once issued, and the login password must be given to us and must be remembered.
Personal digital certificate
Where the legal representative of the company is a foreign person (Hong Kong and Taiwan persons are both treated as foreign persons), a personal digital certificate must be obtained, and it must be obtained in Futian District, Shenzhen. The address is 11/F, Radio Administration Building (無委大廈), 3002 Binhe Avenue, Futian District, Shenzhen.
Applicable rules
Before a company trades, issues invoices or hires staff in mainland China, it must register with the local industry and commerce authority and obtain a business licence. The identity of the person providing the capital determines which registration rules apply: a company funded by mainland persons or by a mainland company is a domestic Chinese company; a company funded by an overseas shareholder is foreign-invested and must be registered under the rules for a foreign-invested enterprise in China.
The scope of business is as approved by the Industry and Commerce Bureau; registered capital is subscribed, and no capital verification is required.
