Call us 2102 7172
Must a Hong Kong company have a registered address?
Yes. The Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) requires every company incorporated in Hong Kong to have a Hong Kong registered address, and statutory documents from the Companies Registry and the Inland Revenue Department are served at that address. The Annual Return (Form NAR1) must be filed within 42 days of the anniversary of incorporation; the on-time registration fee is $105, and the late registration fee rises with the delay to $3,480 (source: Companies Registry). Where there is no one to receive the letters, the deadline is not postponed.
Can a virtual office address be used as the company's business and registered address?
Yes. Our address service provides our address as your company's business and registered address, with unlimited mail and small-parcel handling and immediate notification to your company once items are received.
Where are our virtual offices?
In Hong Kong there are four addresses, in Lai Chi Kok, Kwun Tong, Central and Fo Tan, and on the mainland an address in Shenzhen Longhua. The Hong Kong addresses may be used as the registered address of a Hong Kong company; Shenzhen Longhua is a mainland address and cannot be used as the registered address of a Hong Kong company.
What does the telephone service include?
A dedicated telephone number is provided, with a receptionist answering the telephone in your company's name and transferring the call immediately to a number you specify; a dedicated fax number is also provided, with faxes received directly by email; and your company is notified of calls and messages.
Are the fees the same at every location?
They are not. Each Hong Kong location has a Plan A, a Plan B and a Plan C, and the fees and terms depend on the location and are set out on that location's page; Shenzhen Longhua offers the address service only.
What is the difference between the virtual office address service and the personal mailing address service?
The virtual office address service provides an address for a company to use as its business and registered address; the personal mailing address service is for an individual to receive mail and is not for use as a company's registered address.
