Our service

We hold a Trust or Company Service Provider licence (TC008771) and form offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands, Belize, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Seychelles, Samoa, the Cayman Islands, Delaware in the United States and Macau: checking the company name, assembling the shareholder and director documents and completing the incorporation, then carrying out the annual maintenance each year and reminding your company before each filing deadline. Incorporation fees and annual maintenance fees differ by place of incorporation, as set out in the table above; the table states our service fees, and the government fees of each jurisdiction are those published locally.

Annual obligations in the place of incorporation

An offshore company remains subject to its place of incorporation after it is formed. Every place of incorporation has rules on annual filing, maintaining the registration and economic substance, and failing to attend to them in time affects the standing of the company. The filing items, deadlines, government fees and penalties are those published by the local authority; we set out the annual requirements of the place of incorporation your company selects.

The Hong Kong obligations are not removed by the place of incorporation

Where a company is managed and controlled in Hong Kong, its Hong Kong filing obligations are not removed because its place of incorporation is outside Hong Kong. The position must be determined case by case, according to where the company is managed, the source of its income and how its business is arranged; we can review your company’s Hong Kong accounting and tax filing arrangements at the same time.
