Statutory requirement

The Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) requires a company incorporated in Hong Kong to have a Hong Kong registered address and to receive statutory documents from the Companies Registry and the Inland Revenue Department at that address. The Annual Return (Form NAR1) must be filed within 42 days of the anniversary of incorporation, the on-time registration fee is $105, and the late registration fee rises with the delay to $3,480 (source: Companies Registry). Where a company moves and the record of its registered address is not updated, notices continue to be sent to the former address, and the deadline is not postponed.

Can the Central virtual office address be used as the company's business and registered address?
